Meet the directors

John Croft

John Croft is our business development lead and will represent the organisation in building network capacity and collaborations. John is a qualified youth worker, social worker and manager and is tasked to obtain funding from various sources to enable TIN to continue to offer services in the local community. John worked as a manager within Liverpool Youth Offending Service for 9 years managing the Education, Training & Employment Team, Prevention Team and Youth Crime Family Intervention Programme and was a Safeguarding Trainer for Liverpool LSCB, John will lead on the youth justice strand of our work

 

Paul Fillis

Paul Fillis is TIN’s Safeguarding lead and is an experienced social work practitioner with extensive knowledge of working with children and their families. This includes multi agency working and planning, undertaking complex child protection investigations, care planning for children in the Looked. His work encompasses the management and coordination of sensitive, complex investigations, providing information, advising, supporting and liaising with employers and local authorities, senior police officers, Ofsted, Department for Education (DfE), and other statutory and voluntary agencies and employers. Paul was previously the Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) for Liverpool City Council and now acts as a Safeguarding consultant/advisor

Colin Murray

Colin Murray is a qualified youth and community worker specialising in youth justice and was responsible for the set up and co-ordination of extremely successful volunteer mentor programmes which he delivered when working as a Senior Practitioner for Liverpool Youth Offending Service.  His role in the company is both as a practitioner, family mediator and mentor. Colin will lead on the volunteer mentor programme side of our work and will be responsible for policy, compliance, accreditation and training needs.
