Northfield Forest School Nursery
Let your little one’s curiosity bloom in our unique Forest School Nursery! Designed for children aged 2-4, we blend outdoor exploration, playful learning, and a nurturing environment to foster growth and a lifelong love of nature.
At our nursery, children learn through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences in a nurturing outdoor environment. Inspired by a Forest School ethos, we offer a wide range of activities that support all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
From construction and role play to arts and crafts, reading, climbing, music, movement, and early maths, children learn through meaningful experiences that spark curiosity, build confidence, and encourage a love of learning.
Every day provides opportunities to explore, create, and discover in nature while developing important skills for the future.

Are you eligible?
We currently offer our Forest School Nursery to children aged 2 to 4 years old.
2 year olds
2 year olds
Starting April 2024, limited funded places may be available for eligible two-year-olds under the new government childcare scheme.
3-4 year olds
3-4 year olds
We offer government-funded nursery places for eligible 3 and 4-year-olds, providing either 15 or 30 hours of free childcare / week.
