Charley is a valued member of our team who first joined the Inclusion Network through our youth programmes when she was younger. Having grown up with our organisation, it has been wonderful to see her develop and continue her journey with us as part of our nursery team. Charley has recently completed her Level 2 Childcare Diploma and brings warmth, enthusiasm, and a genuine love of working with children to her role. She is a fantastic example of our commitment to nurturing local talent and supporting young people to reach their full potential. Her caring nature and positive energy help create a happy, welcoming environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to thrive.
