Colin Murray is a qualified youth and community worker specialising in youth justice and was responsible for the set up and co-ordination of extremely successful volunteer mentor programmes which he delivered when working as a Senior Practitioner for Liverpool Youth Offending Service. His role in the company is both as a practitioner, director and mentor. Colin is our Ofsted designated individual and is be responsible for policy, compliance, accreditation and training needs. He carries management qualifications and leads on staff supervision. He also works for Merseyside Domestic Violence Service and delivers nationally accredited male perpetrator programmes. He has lead on that project for 10 years. He has extensive knowledge around all issues to do with domestic abuse.
