John Croft is our business development lead and will represent the organisation in building network capacity and collaborations. John is a qualified youth worker, social worker and manager and is tasked to obtain funding from various sources to enable TIN to continue to offer services in the local community. John worked as a manager within Liverpool Youth Offending Service for 9 years managing the Education, Training & Employment Team, Prevention Team and Youth Crime Family Intervention Programme and was a Safeguarding Trainer for Liverpool LSCB, John will lead on the youth justice strand of our work.
