Kristina is our Nursery Manager, Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), and a qualified teacher with over 21 years of experience in early years care and education. Specialising in early childhood development, she is passionate about providing children with the very best start in life and creating an environment where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to learn. Kristina has extensive leadership experience, having successfully led primary schools, kindergartens, and day nurseries both in the UK and internationally, including in Panama, Cambodia, and Zanzibar. With strong leadership skills and a child-centred approach, she works closely with the team to ensure high-quality care, learning, and wellbeing for every child. She is dedicated to building positive relationships with families and creating a nurturing environment where children can flourish.
