Nina is a qualified teacher (QTS), holds a Level 3 CACHE Diploma in Childcare and Education, and is our Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo). She leads on the implementation of the EYFS within our daily Forest School programme, ensuring children’s learning is supported through engaging, play-based experiences. Passionate about early years education, Nina understands the importance of building strong foundations for future learning and development. Her calm, nurturing nature helps children feel secure, confident, and ready to explore. With a child-centred approach and genuine enthusiasm for helping children thrive, Nina creates a warm and supportive environment where every child can flourish, while ensuring that every child’s individual needs are understood and supported.
