- Ray Moore – New Director - Ray has been working for over 30 years in youth and community work. He has worked in both the public and voluntary sectors and brings a vast amount of experience to our board. He has led the development of several innovative projects during this time including bringing UK Youth Parliament and YouthBank UK to Sefton, the latter being graded Outstanding by Ofsted. He currently manages Phoenix Community & Youth Project based in Southport, which he set up in 2012, which provides a number of projects in the community including adult maths sessions and an alternative education project for young people aged 16-25.
